    • If federal, state, or local laws mandate the use of a child safety seat, it is the parent’s or guardian’s responsibility to ensure compliance. 
    • Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 
    2.Child Safety Seat Availability & Fees

    • If a passenger requires Seatac Airport Taxi & Town Car Service to provide a child seat, there is a $20 per seat fee
